Toledo 2005 Show Report

The 2005 Toledo Show is the largest R/C trade show in the country. This the 51st annual event showed that electric flight has come of age. There were a number of new product introductions and some great deals.

Great Planes Siren Hotliner ARF Review

Andrew Willetts explores this exciting new entry-level hotliner addition from Great Planes -- and finds a surprisingly capable aircraft in this inexpensive ARF package. "There was a lot of concern about the wing being able to handle "hotliner-style" flying - I pushed the limits with my last test flights, going beyond the 500W suggested limit, and flew the model quite aggressively. Although I did not deliberately attempt to destroy the airframe, I did fly it hard, and it suffered no damage as a result. "
